{"id":403,"date":"2011-10-11T15:53:34","date_gmt":"2011-10-11T23:53:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transcended.net\/?p=403"},"modified":"2011-10-11T15:53:34","modified_gmt":"2011-10-11T23:53:34","slug":"fml","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/transcended.net\/?p=403","title":{"rendered":"FML"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Things happen in God&#8217;s time.<\/p>\n<p>This is what I tell myself.\u00c2\u00a0 What I repeat over and over again in my head, even though I&#8217;m not sure I can honestly say I feel it in my heart.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sick of myself, I&#8217;m sick of replaying the same old thoughts, sick of feeling the same thing when I wake up every day.<\/p>\n<p>This morning I responded to a work email that included a group based out of Asia.\u00c2\u00a0 I immediately received back no less than three &#8220;out of office&#8221; messages proclaiming that the receipient was out on maternity leave.\u00c2\u00a0 Three different people.\u00c2\u00a0 In a country with one of the lowest birth rates in the world.\u00c2\u00a0 Three women in\u00c2\u00a0one team,\u00c2\u00a0in my company, out on maternity leave, at the same time.\u00c2\u00a0 A group I never interact with and yet had to email this morning in reply to a completely stupid question that they didn&#8217;t even actually need to get me involved in.<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, Universe?\u00c2\u00a0 What the fuck?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Things happen in God&#8217;s time.
